What area do you serve?
1. We service the North County Region of the Adirondacks in New York as our "Local" area, but will travel to other destinations for a nominal Travel Fee to offset fuel, food, and possibly lodging.
What are Photo SHEETS?
1. A SHEET is worth a value in prints. In some Packages, you will be offered a value of "Sheets" to choose from for your pictures. A 'Sheet' will consist of only one of the following:
  1. One 8x10 Print
  2. Two 5x7 Prints
  3. Twelve 4x5 Prints
Do all the Sheets have to be of the same picture?
1. Absolutely not. Any variation of your Sheets you choose can also be any of the Pictures you choose to be printed. If your Package is valued at 3 Sheets, and you want all 4x5 prints, then you can choose 36 different pictures to be printed. Likewise, you may also keep one selected picture for all Sheets. Mix and match as you see fit.
What is the Picture Proof CD?
1. The Picture Proof CD is a CD or DVD of all the pictures taken during an Event AND of the edited versions of your selected favorite picks. A 'Rights Release' certificate is also provided to you for your convenience of self printing other copies or additional Prints that were not included in the Package. Some of the Pictures, however, may encounter a problem with some commercial printers as the size used will not be supported. In a case such as this, simply request us to have a certain sized picture re-printed. Keep in mind that we use a professional photo lab, outsourced to NYC. Our pictures are printed on high quality Kodak Professional Paper.
Can the Packages be modified?
1. All the Packages listed for any Category are simply models of popular demand. They are offered for your convenience as a whole menu of options that are simply calculated to suit your needs. If you feel that an item doesn't belong, or you would like to add to a particular Package, just let us know. We are more than willing to help you get what you want. Its all about value. Some of the more popular changed options was reducing the Wallets to add more Sheets, or substituting the Etched Glass for more pages in the Photo Album.
For the Wedding Packages, what is "All Day Coverage?"
1. If you hire Forever Memories Productions to capture your lifelong memories of marriage, you hired us for the day. We don't rate our clients by the hour. We dedicate our entire day to provide you with professional service. From the moment you start getting ready to a reasonable time into the reception, we are by your side the whole time. At times we may take a break or venture off to capture other aspects of your day, but we will inform you when our final shot has been taken. And because all of our pictures go on to Picture Proof CD... let us know during the Event of any special pictures you want taken with family, friends, or guests. That's our job, and that's what your paying us to do.
How do you work your Senior Picture Session?
1. Just like our Wedding Package, you hire Forever Memories Productions for the day or sometimes two. You are allowed as many clothing changes as you desire, but we encourage you to keep it light. Location, location, location! Let us know of areas of interest, likewise we will do the same. Some scenic backgrounds may require some traveling. We can also provide in-home studio backdrops if weather is a factor.
How do the Child, Baby, and Student Portrait Sessions work?
1. Most of our Portrait Sessions are done in your home or at an equal sized location. We have a mobile studio outfit that consists of lighting and backdrops of various styles, colors, and features. We bring our equipment to you! This is particularly suited for young children who feel more comfortable in their own surroundings, and they make for happier smiles instead of forced ones found in fixed studios. Please let us know if you have adequate space allocated for doing these pictures in your home. Typically, we need a clear space of a minimum of 10' by 10', and a ceiling height of no less than 7'. Our GREEN SCREEN effect can produce thousands of digital backdrops, so let your imagination lose of the possibilities we can create for you and your pictures. We use a 20' by 60' screen for just about any location. Samples of the GREEN SCREEN can be seen on our Sample Page.
Do you offer Group Rates?
1. If you have a large organization, or many subjects for pictures, we can create Group Packages to cater to your needs. We can specialize in Student Pictures if a contract with us is sought. Think about us for your Christmas Parties or Charity Events, too!
What else do you offer for your Clients?
1. Every Client of FMPny is also given their own Personal FMPny.com Web Page. This page hold their account information and portals to areas of production status and pictures. In the Pictures Page within their FMPny Personal Page, they can view and pick through their Online Proofs, making our turn around time much more faster for a completed Package. An Accounts page is also shown where you can make online payments using the popular PayPal(tm) system. Every personal web page is password protected and all information stored is never sold, transferred, or given away to any one without the sole written permission.
What Payment terms do you offer?
1. Forever Memories Productions understands that today's world is a fast changing, high economy era. With that in mind, we offer our Packages and Services at a very reduced rate, while maintaining complete professionalism and quality products. Payments to us is even easier as we offer a 'No Interest, No Fee' payment plan system. You pay as you like, with how much you want. As long as there is no balance on the day of the Event, you will not be charged any fees. Any amount AFTER the Event date will be assessed a minimal interest rate.
2. Using our online Payment system will allow you to use your bank account, credit cards, or even direct transfer from your PayPal account to ours. All Checks and/or Money Orders will be processed and posted to your account once cleared.
Are you legal and legit?
1. Forever Memories Productions is registered as a Sole Proprietorship business in Franklin County, New York. We have a DBA, an established Tax ID number, and required to collect any sales tax. Proof of all this can be shown when asked as we do not have a permanent studio for displays.

Why are you difficult to get a hold of over the phone?
1. As much as we would love to chat on the phone and answer your questions, many legalities surround our business and it becomes a fine line when dealing with very delicate products. We like to communicate with emails as its our only resource of confirming and/or proving of decisions or changes made to contracts and/or Packages. It's nothing personal, but it is business. Keeping things in writing keeps you and I safe from any wrong doing or breach.
What is the Application used for?
1. The main Application is mostly for the use of our Wedding Packages. Critical information is used off this form to consolidate resources and prepare for the event. The information acquired from this form is kept under secured folders and erased after its been utilized. Similar forms for other Photo Sessions are privately redirected.
Who IS Forever Memories Productions?
1. Forever Memories Production consist of a husband/wife team, along with a few members that support our efforts in providing you top notch professional service. At times, we may bring additional camera operators to assist in our work at no cost to you. The husband/wife team is a married couple of over 16yrs, and they bring both artistic and technical skill to the world of Photography and Video. They are also the owners and operators of the business.
Are you on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace?
1. Currently, Forever Memories Productions is on Facebook and MySpace under the assumed business name. Twitter has not yet been a primary focus to join. You are more than welcome to become of Fan on Facebook. A link is provided on the Contact Page.
What are "Referral Rewards?"
1. Every Client of Forever Memories Productions becomes an ad agent. Just by word of mouth, our business has grown and continues to do so. We reward any Client that referrers us with a new Wedding Package client. The reward is typically $50 cash, or can be applied to existing balances, additional products or services. A new client must have completed their entire session in order for the Referral Reward to be distributed. This is a great way to, perhaps, completely pay for your Package by referring us with new leads, then once the leads become clients and have a completed session... you get the reward! You don't have to be a Wedding Package client to take advantage of this promotion... However, the NEW client must complete a Wedding Package.
